“Sorry Not Sorry” is an anthem towards Demi’s haters. In it, Demi confidently shows herself off to her haters, which makes them feel annoyed that she’s looking and feeling so good and they’re not. The track is lead single from her sixth album, Tell Me You Love Me.

The single was teased by Lovato and her team through cryptic updates on her social media accounts with the hashtag #SNS.

The song peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100, which made it Demi Lovato’s highest career peak, besting her #9 peak of 2009’s “This Is Us.”

‘Sorry Not Sorry’ is a song basically to the haters that is basically saying, ‘You know what? I’m good now, and I’m sorry I’m not sorry that you may not be loving where your life is at the moment.’
